Babe...we did it!!!!!

Craig and I decided to move to Orem in March! The main reason we decided to move to Orem was so Craig can finish school and here we are three months later...HOMEOWNERS!!! I am kind of freaked out by the idea to have the responsibility of a mortgage but then again I love that we are able to do this already while we are so young. We also see this purchase as an investment..hoping the low purchase price and low interest rate we are paying will come in handy when we will sell it again. We are so excited to move into our first house!!! It literally took us almost two months from putting in an offer to closing TODAY :) We think this place is perfect for us to start out with and we love the location. Our place is right by a golf course and 5 minutes from UVU. The only drawback will be my commute to Park City every day to go to work but I am so willing to make this sacrifice in order for Craig to finish school! I love you babe...we did it!!!!

 SO here are some specs on the house...it's an end unit of a townhome complex...it has 3 bedrooms...2.5 baths...and a two car garage! It's about 1700 square feet and all the bedrooms are upstairs as well as two bathrooms. We have a little back porch and I can't wait to BBQ and lay in out hammock out in the sun :) I love that we have an end unit because that means we only have one neighbor!  But the best thing is that it is new construction and noone has lived in it before...Craig and I will break it in!!
